1 Command-Trac™
Command-Trac™ part-time, shift-on-the-fly, 4WD system provides expert capability on slippery or loose surfaces such as snow, mud or sand. It can provide the peace of mind that comes with available 4WD capability for part-time use. The Command-Trac transfer case is the heart of the Command-Trac part-time 4WD system. When engaged, both front and rear driveshafts are locked by a chain and gearset, which always turn at the same speed, forming a single drive unit. This is a rigid connection that does not allow for any differential action between front and rear driveshafts. Normal front-to-rear differences in the turning radii of the wheels (when cornering) are compensated for only through wheel slippage on driving surfaces. This transfer case allows for 2WD, 4WD High-Range and Low-Range as well as Neutral.
2 HIGH:
- Most appropriate driving conditions
- Front axle spins freely
- Power sent to rear wheel
4 HIGH:
- Needed to be used only on slippery or loose surfaces
- Shift-on-the-fly at speeds up to 88 km/h (55 mph)
- Front and rear drive-shafts lock together and rotate at the same speed
NEUTRAL:
- Use for towing your Jeep vehicle behind another vehicle
- Does not require uncoupling driveshafts
LO: - Use for severe low speed off-road situations
- Increases available engine torque by 2.72:1
- Slow speed to 3-5 km/h (2-3 mph), put transmission in Neutral
- Engage 4 LO and return transmission to desired gear

2 Quadra-Coil™
The Quadra-Coil™ suspension system is one of the most rugged in the 4x4 world. With it, you can tackle even the most daunting paths - or lack of them - with confidence. It commands the terrain with live solid axles, coil springs and gas-charged shock absorbers. Tough and time tested, this system boasts lasting durability, soaks up bumps, offers incredible articulation and ensures all four wheels keep firm contact with rocky or uneven terrain. The five-link front suspension delivers the articulation and durability needed for serious off-road travel while providing smoother on-road ride and handling. The system features leading control arms in the front, trailing control arms in the rear. A series of long, cross-car, and front and rear track bars minimize angle change during suspension travel.

3 Trac-Lok®
This electronically controlled full-time 4WD system allows the driver to choose between two-wheel-drive or full-time four-wheel-drive (4WD Auto) modes. In 4WDAuto, Selec-Trac II™ sends torque to both front and rear axles under nearly all conditions. If wheel slippage occurs, the integrated traction control system helps transfer torque to those wheels with traction. Neutral mode permits flat towing without the need to disconnect linkages.

4 Child Seat Anchor System (LATCH)
LATCH-ready, includes mounts for two compatible aftermarket child seats in the second row and one in the third row.

5 Electronic Stability Program (ESP™)
Electronic Stability Program (ESP)* is a computer-controlled system that is automatically activated to help the driver maintain control of the vehicle. The computer uses inputs from a steering wheel angle sensor, yaw rate sensor and a lateral acceleration sensor and compares the input to the driver's intended course. Corrections are then made using the anti-lock brake system and traction control plus throttle modulation to help control oversteer and understeer conditions.
* No system, no matter how sophisticated, can repeal the laws of physics or overcome careless driving actions. Performance is limited by available traction, which snow, ice and other conditions can affect. When the ESP warning lamp in the instrument cluster flashes, the driver needs to use less throttle and adapt speed and driving behavior to prevailing road conditions. Pleas always wear your seat belt.

6 Electronic Roll Mitigation (ERM)
As part of ESP™, this system anticipates the potential for wheel lift by monitoring the driver's steering wheel input and the speed of the vehicle. When Electronic Roll Mitigation (ERM) determines that the rate of change of the steering wheel angle and vehicle's speed are sufficient to potentially cause wheel lift, it applies the appropriate brake and may reduce engine power to lessen the chance that wheel lift will occur. ERM will only intervene during very severe or evasive driving maneuvers.

7 Tire Pressure Monitoring Warning System
The system includes pressure sensor modules that are integrated with the valve stems of all four road wheels. Each module sends continuous radio frequency signals to a receiver and informs occupants via a a low pressure warning indication is shown in the instrument cluster when the pressure is too low in one or more tires.

8 SIRIUS™ Satellite Radio
SIRIUS™ Satellite Radio offers 110 specialized channels to choose from, including news, sports, talk, weather, entertainment and over 60 commercial-free music selections. Includes one-year subscription provided by SIRIUS when the unit is factory installed. Visit siriuscanada.ca to learn more.

11 Rock-Trac®
With a high-performance transfer case that provides a 4:1 low-gear ratio, it ensures a slow crawl speed while ascending or descending sharp inclines and crawling over obstacles. The Rock-Trac® transfer case is the heart of Rubicon's extreme rock-crawling ability. Because of the 4:1 low-gear ratio, Rock-Trac's low crawl speed makes it easy to ascend or descend sharp inclines and to crawl over obstacles. Rock-Trac also features a fixed-yoke output assembly, usually only available as an aftermarket option. This robust design effectively handles the extra output from the 4:1 transfer case.
2 HIGH:
- Most appropriate road conditions
- Front axle spins freely
- Power sent to rear wheels
4 HIGH:
- Needed to be used only on slippery or loose surfaces
- Shift-on-the-fly at speeds up to 88 km/h (55 mph)
- Front and rear driveshafts lock together and rotate at the same speed
NEUTRAL:
- Use for towing your Jeep vehicle behind another vehicle
- Does not require uncoupling drive-shafts
4 LO:
- Use for extreme off-road situations, like rock crawling
- Heavy-duty transfer case features 4:1 low-gear ratio
- Engineered exclusively for Wrangler Rubicon The Rock-Trac transfer case has been upgraded for 2007 by adding flanged front and rear output shafts that mate with constant velocity joints. The Rock-Trac transfer case with 4.0:1 low range allows the vehicle to operate at a lower speed with greater torque multiplication than Command-Trac with its 2.7:1 low-range ratio. This provides the driver with more control and increases the amount of torque available at the wheels.

12 Tru-lok®
Electronic-locking front and rear differentials balance speed between left and right wheels maintaining forward momentum for the ultimate in Wrangler traction. The instrument panel-mounted rocker switch can lock the rear, the front, or both axles.
